Current Opportunities
Physiotherapist
Specific skills would be to assess patient's physical abilities, administer evaluative tests and procedures, plan physio programs, select appropriate exercises, apparatus, manipulations, maintain clinical and progress reports and to confer with other health professionals. Additional skills would be to supervise technical and support staff, order and purchase equipment and administer a budget. Preferred experience is 2 years to less than 3. Speak, read and write in English language. Area of practices is Neurology, chronic care therapy and pediatrics. Physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling. Fast-paced environment, attention to detail and able to work under pressure
Qualifications:
- Completion of university and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Criminal record check and child abuse registry check
- Child abuse registry check
- Must have a car and valid driver's licence

Speech Pathologist
Qualifications:
- Completion of University and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities

Child's Assistant
Assistants will be required to work 1 on 1 with children at the centre and in the child's home. Families reside in all locations of the city. The positions are part-time or full-time and require a high energy individual. Pacekids offers a competitive salary plus benefits. Training is available.
Qualifications:
- Experience with special needs children
- Education and/or experience in early childhood development / rehab program
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must have a car
