Donations & Fundraising
Pacekids' programs are funded by Alberta Education and Services for Children with Special needs, as well as donations from corporations, foundations, individuals, and organizations. Costs to families only involve a nominal $40 registration fee.
If you are interested in making a donation to Pacekids to help support its programs and operations, please complete a donation form (PDF, 86k), or contact pacekids@telus.net. Please review our Sponsorship Levels for all donations over $500. All donations are greatly appreciated, and donors will be provided with a charitable receipt. We are proud that all donations support Pacekids' programs.
Pacekids Programs does have to undertake fundraising initiatives to pay for operating costs that are not covered by the programs. This is an area where many parents fulfill their volunteer commitment to Pacekids by volunteering at events and functions.
Our fundraising goal for 2011 is $300,000 and will be supplemented through the following activities:
