Pacekids is a group of family-oriented, therapeutic and active learning programs tailored to children with special needs.
Why would you choose Pacekids? We use a multi-disciplinary approach to address both the physical and developmental needs of a child. Some of the children in our programs have been diagnosed with conditions such as cerebral palsy; global developmental delay, Down syndrome and autism while others have no diagnosis, but are challenged with meeting developmental milestones. Our programs address a broad spectrum of needs, from individual therapy to structured programs, as well as those of the family.
Pacekids' classrooms bring together small groups of children with similar requirements. Contact with other children provides motivation and modeling that promote confidence, learning and social development. The children learn at their own pace while having fun with their peers in an inclusive and accessible environment.
Our approach empowers parents with information and skills to successfully meet day-to-day challenges and to help their children develop. Parents and caregivers find the resources and support at Pacekids to guide them from diagnosis and information gathering, through accessing the services they need, and on to developmental successes.
